Personal Training, and Personal Trainers used to be words reserved for the elite, and the likes of movie stars. Not anymore! Personal Training has arrived, and is now one of the most popular ways in which people train. The average person who joins a gym or training facility has good intentions and goals in mind. However, about 5% of those people actually follow up and maintain using their gym membership at least 3 times a week. The other 95% DO NOT.
A few percentage of the 95% may go occasionally, maybe 3-4 times a month...but the rest, you guessed it....they DO NOT!

The main reason these people do not use their gym/training facility is because they are not motivated to do so. The second reason they do not go, is because they are uncomfortable using equipment they are not familiar with.
