Personal Training, and Personal Trainers used to be words
reserved for the elite, and the likes of movie stars. Not
anymore! Personal Training has arrived, and is now one of the
most popular ways in which people train. The average person who
joins a gym or training facility has good intentions and goals
in mind. However, about 5% of those people actually follow up
and maintain using their gym membership at least 3 times a week.
The other 95% DO NOT.
